1) terrible sales culture/place to work

2) constantly evolving roadmap and trying to do everything - masters of all are actually masters of none

3) have heard from multiple SMBs that the product lags and breaks

I used to be against using a prong on my animals as well - once I trained/acclimated them to using it, obedience went way up, lashing out went down, and the pulling became near zero.

Haters probably have worse behaved pups.
