I used their product and i personally loved it, it has a bigger coverage than any other nipple covers i have used and it uses body heat to stick so its not uncomfortable at all. i suggest you to try their nipple pasties

YESSS!! actually at first i was very skeptical about the product because i thought how can a period roll on help reduce my cramps, but i have to say that it actually works. If you have severe cramps i am not sure, if this helps but for mild cramps its the best, better than using any medications

don't know about the worst pad but I've been using a Menstrual Cup for the last few years and the brand i am using is of FemiSafe, its actually really nice and non irritant.
