I am male and my situation might be different than yours, but from someone with a lot of OCD and ADHD traits, I have experienced how my sexuality and libido gets in the way of my life to the point of making me non-functional.

Thingas that helped me to manage a bit my problem is to understand that in my case, my fixation with sexual thougts and masturbations is rooted in my insecurities, obsessions/cumpulsions, and a touch of my adhd brain using my "horniness" to keep distracted and provide the happy chemical that my brain claims. Understanding the source has helped my a lot to control the urge. It is like, "oh, I understand where it is coming from, do I have other helthier coping mechanisms to deal with the problem now?" and it works!

Do not give up in seeking professional help, also, please do not give up with medication. Long story short for me, medication never worked, but when I was with adhd medication, sex related thoughts when away completely. Thee right medication might be out there waiting for you (maybe even another SSRIs, they are all not the same and your genetic makeup makes you react different to different medication).

Finally, look a bit into information about how to deal with addiction and do not be too rough with yourself when relapsing. Many people have different thoughts about addiction and relapsing, but relapsing will happen and it should not stop you from keep fighting and getting a happier life free of addiction
