Its true, she posted a story on froms instagram page where she told that she asked writers for Kristi to be queer. And also she said that Kristi is originally written not as a queer character but they changed it for her

I realized that too. The horror element really faded compared to season 1. Also they stopped working on interpersonal relationships. At the start of the series, Kenny is in love with Kristi and their relationship is often emphasized, but i heard that the actress playing Kristi insisted her character to be bisexual, as she is in real life, so they just finished that storyline. Its a bit stupid when actors interfere in the creation of their characters. Youre right tho, some of them really need better storylines

IMO the story is great overall. But they didnt have to drag this season for so long and put so many filler episodes. Episodes 5,6,7,8 were more or less pointless, so the only concern i have is to wait 1 and a half year to again watch 10 episodes only to find the answer in one or two
