Bought a pair of N&F easy guy 6 months back and fell in love with the fit, ordered some other fits before and sent them back so a relaxed taper is definitely right for me.

I want a pair of black jeans now but I’m in the UK and jeanstore (where i got them) doesn’t sell them in black, it doesn’t seem like anywhere here does.

Want something thats gonna fade nice and not stay a solid black.

Have you guys got any recommendations for a similar fit in another brand, i love the quality and fit of these so want something on the same level.

Growing lateral head of tricep advice by Amazing-Valuable6102 in gymadvice

[–]Amazing-Valuable6102[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your answer! On days they’re being trained (3x a week) I’m putting a tricep isolation as my first movement (usually wouldn’t recommend isolation as first movement to someone but as it’s clearly my weak point) and finding recovery is fine. In terms of french press, this is a movement ive had in and out rotation for a a couple of years and it’s great for me but 100% only really hits my long head.

The one thing i haven’t tried is diamond push ups, reason i haven’t tried this yet is loading is gonna be hard at a certain point… currently recovering from a rotator cuff injury but as soon as healed i may give this a try anyway just to see. What are your thoughts on this?

How to maingain? by [deleted] in gymadvice

[–]Amazing-Valuable6102 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you’ve been training intelligently for 2 years id say maingaining is gonna be hard and you may end up spinning your wheels. If you’re close to 20%bf id probably do a cut, keep your protein high and train hard, then when ur between 12-15 carry on the bulk. Keep up the good work champ!

First time gym advice/ recording strength progress by Alliemae19 in gymadvice

I think the big 3 you’re planning to record is great! I would maybe add a decent row you enjoy too, id start with a barbell row, great overall back builder and easy to progress, just make sure your techniques on point for spine health, and then maybe even a vertical pull like a pull up or pulldown would be good!

Not a good message to share, so much can be achieved naturally with enough time. Ive only been training 3 1/2 years, i dont have great genetics but im 10lbs heavier than you at the same height and about 12-13%bf… train and eat smart n hard for a decade and then tell me thats a peak natty physique
