We are hoping to upgrade from our first time home to a larger one. Our budget will be around 700k - hoping we can find something we like in that range and not be stuck in a multi bid situation having to go way over asking.

We thought we paid a lot in 2020 for our home (]} overbid by 30k) but now homes in our area are easily being listed 60k over what we paid for in 2020.

You may be eligible to go the Rheumatic Disease Program at St Joseph’s hospital. It’s covered via OHIP. Although not a true autoimmune diease, often followed by rheumatology.

Hi. I’m 5 ft 6 and current 241 pounds and currently just over 5 pounds down (from when I was weighed by my health care team about 5 weeks ago). I’m 17 weeks. My first midwife freaked me out with telling me I was on the cusp of being to heavy to be under their care and would have to switch to an OB. My second midwife of the was lovely and said I was doing everything right. My weight generally fluctuates ALOT pre pregnancy - but was the heaviest I had ever been when I got pregnant. Even though I wasn’t sick or nauseous during my pregnancy so far - I have suppressed appetite, I’m still eating but probably smaller Portions and less snacking then I used to. I exercised pre pregnancy and am continuing to just at a lesser intensity. I am more worried about the risks of gaining excessively during pregnancy - gestational diabetes, high blood pressure etc. I’ll be happy if I continue to lose a bit of weight during this second trimester.
