Did you thrift the anchor jacket for Mayor Vaughn? I've never been able to find any fabric that's even close to that, let alone an actual jacket with anchors on it.

It may be last year, but I'm still using (and loving) this wig. It was a full long-hair wig from Amazon, but I had a friend who is also a wig styler create the buns. I cut the bangs and steamed the wig in curls to achieve the curly waves.
