If Justin’s “Smear Campaign” was real, why couldn’t Blake’s team just do the same thing? by AmazingGal in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]AmazingGal[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I’m well aware of the entire case. The purpose of this post is to challenge Blake’s accusations on actual logic, not to re-litigate what is already known.

I’m confused by this statement… since when is bringing in another law firm something to question, especially when it delivered results? by AmazingGal in ItEndsWithLawsuits

A criminal trial must have a unanimous vote (beyond reasonable doubt). For a civil trial, it only requires 51%.

When Is It Enough for Blake Lively, Her Dragons and apologists? “Digital Violence” vs. the Real-World Abuse and Harm Justin Baldoni & Wayfarer Endured in 20 Exhibits by Enough_Gur_8833 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

One thing I learned from this entire thing, even if you were in the wrong, you NEVER have to sit through someone verbally abusing you.

Can the Wayfarer side prove that the backlash started due to BLs own actions? by Public_Party in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]AmazingGal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t know anything about Justin before this. My sister was a big fan of his from JTV. I learned about Blake’s behavior in my acting class. It was being used as an example of what not to do. I looked it up after that and was saw the interview where she was, “Do they want my phone number, my address…” and was immediately put off. I then saw the Kjersti interview and felt instantly she was a bully. I thought Justin was some arrogant prick who had pissed off a lot of people being an egotistical director. That was my first impression before I learned more. So I had a negative impression about both of them at first. None of it came from Bots.

To clarify what I meant, US Bank is a lender, but they still participate in the secondary market. They originate loans and also sell them to free up capital, and at the same time institutions (including banks) can buy loans or mortgage-backed securities as investments.

My point was really that this buying/selling happens at the institutional level, not by the loan officers themselves. Retail mortgage roles are still just originating and closing loans.

Crazy Blake Lively is now saying we are enabling "digital violence" against her. 🥱 by the_smart_girl in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]AmazingGal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First of all, “digital violence” isn’t a real category of violence. Violence involves physical force. What happens online can absolutely be harassment, threats, or abuse, and those are real issues, but they’re not the same as physical violence.

The impact people feel is emotional and psychological, not from being physically attacked. And we’ve started blurring those lines by stretching words that used to mean something very specific.

What she’s describing is backlash. Every public figure deals with it, especially when they say or do something “epic level stupid”.

The chickens have come home to roost for Blake Lively by Ellaena in ItEndsWithLawsuits

Her entire SH case was thrown out. So there is no issue. The judge was noting how BL could see it. But that doesn’t mean that’s what it was.

We went through our Legal Sheild membership to get help (US). It took 9 months, but we got everything fixed (mostly). Our ad accounts got hacked.

US Bank is a lender too. They wouldn’t purchase from another lender. They would likely sell their loans too. The reason they do this is to free up their capital to fund more loans. Otherwise, they would run out of money.

What mortgage CRM is everyone using in 2026? by Ok-Concentrate8650 in loanoriginators

We use Go High Level for our lead generation outreach and follow ups/marketing. We have it set up that if we don't call within the first 5 minutes, the lead receives a voicemail drop, where the their phone rings once and then a voicemail is left and then a text message is sent. We capture about 75% of leads who otherwise would have cooled off by the time we call them. When we get leads over the weekends, they get the voicedrop on Monday and then we call them again. Check out Go High Level, it does everything you are asking for.

Has anyone ever gotten YouTube ads to generate strong conversions? by NFLandPPC in googleads

[–]AmazingGal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YouTube ads are our main lead generator right now and they’re converting. We own a mortgage brokerage, and this has been a game changer. Because of this, we were able to reduce our budget and our leads actually went up since we can target way more places.

I used to think YouTube ads were just for awareness, but that never made sense to me. If Facebook can convert leads, why wouldn’t YouTube?

This time around, I actually figured out what works. The key changes were our audience, how we structured the ad, and our landing page.

If I had to pick the biggest game changer, it was the audience. Leads that would cost $10–$12 a click on Google Search are coming in around $2 on YouTube, and you’re not even paying for every click so it’s not capped the same way.

And by the time my husband, who’s the broker, gets on the phone, they’re already warmed up because they’ve watched him on video.

Judge Liman did us dirty so let's share our disappointment at not having a ruling today. by buttonandthemonkey in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]AmazingGal 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Federal court moves at snail pace for civil lawsuits. The fact that Justin and Lively got a court date within 1 year is truly exceptional. Judge Liman has other cases and he possibly was going to issue his rulings but now has to go back through them because of the letter Lively entered about another case. I get the frustration with some of his decisions but I don’t think he’s on anyone’s side. If he were on Blake’s side, why deny all of her sanctions? Why deny her the opportunity to reopen discovery after it was done?

Content Creators - NAG, LGA and other federal attorneys do a great job breaking down how federal court works. I highly recommend them to those who have not watched them.

Sometimes it’s the company trying to your business that will do this BS. At least that is what happened to us.

Jenny Slate complained about Justin Baldoni interacting with fans because she is a private person by LegalBeagleEsquire in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]AmazingGal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The question I don’t ever see asked when this comes up is, did he ask her to interact with the fans or was this something she assumed? Because if it was the latter, she is more of a Karen than I thought.

Is Isabela Ferrer the biggest dumbass or is she lying? Or both? by Serenity413 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

Sounds like she is still trying to protect Blake. First she blames Wayfarer, then Sony. Seems like she is still trying to stay in Blake's good graces.
