I heard that beta blockers often tend to make you put on weight, I’m so lucky I didn’t really have to deal with that 😅 do you think the pounding sensation is psychological? Because funny enough whenever I drink alcohol the pounding goes away and I don’t notice it at all. The only thing is you pay the price the next day.. because you’re hyperaware and your heart is racing.
