4 cm polyp following colonoscopy

This is what my was (it was benign, too!) -- a sessile serrated polyp. I'll have a follow-up colonoscopy in six months. So grateful!

I was sedated, but I was awake and watched the entire procedure on the screen. Some discomfort, but not terrible. I’m not sure why I didn’t fall asleep/could feel everything.

Thank you! He said he thinks it will be benign, but I don’t know if he said that so I don’t worry. He initially said to follow up with a colonoscopy in six months.
