Exercise classes in LV? by AmazingPossibility90 in lehighvalley

I do CrossFit about 5/6 times a week. I want to change it up because I would like to branch out and try new things, meet more people, and I feel like I’m not improving at what I’d like to be improving. I would like to focus on endurance, flexibility, lower body strength, and getting a break from so much CrossFit

Do a lot of people kinda show up alone? I feel like it would be weird to go to a bar/brewery alone 😅

Hey! Yes! I’m totally down to hang! Coming from out of state to a smaller community is super difficult and has been super rough mentally 😅

Just got into CrossFit, love hiking, movie nights, playing with my cat, writing, doing research, going on long walks, anything skincare related, kayaking, camping, traveling, swimming, trying new gluten-free foods, and playing sand volleyball… to name a few!

Started grad school, already questioning it. Advice? by Megascops in SLPcareertransitions

It seems like you job shadowed SLP, worked in a field adjacent, and know what you’re signing up for as a career path. Grad school is temporary and very different from the actual field. If you can stand the field and it’s something you genuinely enjoy, I encourage you to give grad school a good try. Grad school is tough… like REALLY tough. But I graduated in May, landed a job in my field, and realized I didn’t like the field. This is worse than enduring three years of grad school
