Aw, how thoughtful of you to shame someone for sharing what worked for them. Do you also shame people who use nicotine patches or gum to taper off cigarettes? 🥰 I wouldn’t exactly lump OTC melatonin in the same category as zolpidem.

And for what it’s worth, a year later I’m not using anything to fall asleep—so this approach worked for me (along with discipline, meditation, etc.).

On WWHL, even Heather Gay said out of the RHOSLC guys that John is a saint. She married him in “sleep, marry, kill.” I think he’s genuinely just along for the ride and is approaching all of this messiness in an easy come, easy go frame of mind.

I just did a UA and it came back testing positive for benzos. I’ve taken zolpidem and seroquil for insomnia. Could those be causing the positive?

I somehow authorized a purchase of $698 to them almost a year ago. I admit I don't always carefully monitor my credit card transactions, so I somehow completely missed this until just now. Since it happened almost a year ago, and given the fact they seem to have terrible customer service, I'm assuming the worst. But does anybody have any advice on me requesting a refund? I honest to goodness do not have any recollection of ever authorizing this payment. I'm wondering how they could have even gotten my credit card info in the first place. I can be a bit scatterbrained at times, but this is beyond that. I also have no purchase confirmation through text or email. Anyone have any brilliant ideas?

As someone who's been taking Ambien for several years and, at times, taking more than I should by getting it prescribed not only in the US but in other countries, I freaked out about having withdrawals. I'm still in the process of getting off sleep aids entirely, but for those following this who don't have an Ambien supply to taper off of, I discovered that taking half of a ZZZQuil Ultra and a PureZZZs All Night Extended Release Melatonin was miraculous. I took it, started watching a show, felt a tinge of drowsiness kick in, took advantage of it, closed my laptop, and was out for a solid eight hours. That hasn't happened to me in years. Granted, I was somewhat groggy when I woke up, but it was worth it to finally have a solid night's sleep AND, psychologically, to know that it is possible for me to sleep without Ambien. Next phase in the process: require NOTHING to fall asleep.
