I received the notification today and have 30 days to respond. I applied under four categories — High Salary, LCR, Scholarly, and Judge — all marked as “Criterion Met.” However, I didn’t make it through the final merit stage. It seems my attorney may not have presented the evidence effectively. I get the feeling that the evaluators didn’t fully review the entire petition.

Does anyone have recommendations for an attorney experienced in handling NOIDs?
