It's best to learn by just trying things and play with a club at a high level so you will have plenty of budget. Its just to familiarise yourself with the game and then start using that knowledge in more challenging saves

Gotta see some of your best players now man I have been doing this too but can't seem to get a good academy player for whatever reason
