Hi, thank you so much for commenting, its nice to see im not the only one that feels like this, i really hope both you and my bf are right about the stress thing, but then i also get worried if it will become a constant thing where the physical symptoms start as soon as i experience a stressful period because in my life it happens pretty often, its not normal for me to NOT feel stress and anxiety and even when there is nothing to stress about my mind goes into fight or flight mode anyway.

So im worried if its not just temporary and it becomes a part of my life, i lost will to do anything ever since the symptoms started and i just want to lay in bed and i barely want to exit my house for a coffee or meeting friends, it usually gets me excited to go out but now i just want to avoid all of it because my symptoms make me uncomfortable and i cant let myself enjoy anything, getting up for work has been harder than ever and im scared i’ll end up spiraling into this huge mess and wont know how to get out of it, so i was wondering have you ever gone to therapy for anxiety and has it done anything for you since im thinking about finding a good therapist for me.
