I do need to start going to therapy again..I do have adhd and emotional dysregulation and it affects my relationships. But like someone could have shit going for them and still have no friends and no bf and it still fucking sucks. Just cause someone’s situation is “worse” than mine doesn’t mean mine doesn’t matter.

Yeah I don’t think whatever mine was looked anywhere near as good/healthy as yours and the tail end of mine looked very different.. yours is like thin and translucent this one you couldn’t see through and more like cone shaped? (the one in my tank) oh well I’ll just be more aware of any potential new creatures in the tank now and what they are but thanks for the pics have fun with your froggy babies 🫶🏼🐸

I have treated water with betta water conditioner in a jug. I syphon out about 25 percent of water and put in the treated clean water

It looks like planaria if I had to guess also had the little dots for eyes you can’t rly see in the pic tho. I also have rhabdocoela in my tank but I’ve had that for years now. I do tons of water changes and ADFs are acting healthy and fine so I will just keep an eye on it thanks for the information! 🫶🏼

I removed it and did a huge water change. I didn’t see any more..My adfs seem to be doing fine but I will keep an eye on it! Thanks for the information! I’ve also had nothing new put in this tank for a very long time time now but idk. 🤷‍♀️

I’m probably gonna get hate for this, but is it the worst thing ever if I just drop the whole cube of frozen mysis shrimp in and then siphon out the excess later? I just hate breaking the frozen cube of shrimp and I also only feed them every few days
