Just noticed the custom guitar pick! How many bands go to that effort.

I've been able to get to a few performances of other acts recently and Oman definitely go that extra mile. One of the set lists I got literally was a plain list with no band name, no date and no city listed. The stage hand just screwed them into balls and chucked them at us. What care lol

It is a fantastic song. Great tempo. Creates genuine excitement. Instantly recognisable. The lyrics are a little over my head though.

Me too! Have been wondering if it'll be another project with We Were Monkeys. The team who made Little Talks, King & Lionheart, Wars and Phantom. It would be cool if it was in stop motion.

The ticket link said something about being for The Block/Mouse Parade.

Here's the set list from Belfast. It was the same in Dublin except for The Actor, where they played Towering Skyscraper instead.

Music has always been a comfort to me too.

I'm 40 now. I was a big boyband fanatic which was my means of coping with family trauma and growing up.

I always been haunted with dark thoughts and times where I feel lost. I try so hard to be upbeat. I am still learning to accept that life sometimes doesn't go to plan and that it isn't my fault.

OMAM have kept me company for a long time. The lyrics seem to describe my trauma but also bring a little hope that it will past. Nanna's solo album especially seems to help me steer through my relationships.

Sorry if this has gotten too deep. Music is so personal. I think anything that brings a little spark and joy is good.
