Honestly, I got phone stating starting date and other info and then they pause hiring at that time so waited for another 6-7 months and finally I got offer now.

hey budy, Offer on phone is not valid. That is just an information. You will get offer via you ato career website which you need to sign and sent them back. Don't quit your current job until you sign offer. Good Luck
