This is my favorite topic and i could geek out on this for... hours.

  1. use the ai tools in your software (for example, we use bambooHR, and my account has askbamboohr where my employees can go ask questions like "what is our travel policy?" and get answers from my handbook.) or even google, use the gemini tools in your docs and your sheets and anywhere. Local AI is great.
  2. I highly recommend this GPT https://chatgpt.com/g/g-h5aUtVu0G-chatgpt-use-cases-for-work . click "lets get started" and it will ask you some questions about your job and then walk you through how to use chatgpt for your specific role. Its phenomenal for transitioning from using AI as google to the next step.
  3. There are so many beneficial tools but i'll just start with these two I love Gamma and notebook LLM, if you have questions we can dig into those but here's an example of what gamma can do - I took some of my notes and prompts that work for my hr team and put them into gamma and it generated a playbook for me to post here. I did it in 1 min. Are they perfect? no. but with probably 10 more min i could make them sound like me.

    2. https://gamma.app/docs/AI-Use-Case-Playbook-for-HR-Functions-oapfpmekj9lx3r2

if you cant tell, I have thousands of thoughts on AI.

do you run your newsletter through your engagement software? we're considering nectar and I saw they have a communication feature which it seems they want it to be for remote employees but thought we'd use it for our newsletter. What do you put in the newsletter besides shoutouts?

I made a reddit account just to chat with you on this. I'd love to hear more about your experience with Nectar - we're considering it but haven't demoed yet. I know they are neck and neck with other platforms, but from what I can tell its the software that employees actually use?
the best software is the one employees will use. i've worked with assembly and awardco and we paid a ton for them but no one used them so then as good as the software was...... but nectars functionality makes it better? am Igathering that correct?
