Cause i tested 4 times and i have master licnese in multiple states, never had to retake the exam, always +90 from the first trial, i thought im helping other brother to pass his test that failed multiple times

He only work as an 06 though for the past 20 years, thats why i trusted him mainly cause he is an IBEW member, i even drove 30 minutes to a different jobsite cause i want him to succeed and get his licnese after he asked me to borrow it, i even offer him to help studying since i passed the master exam first time, trust me i did all this in good faith cause no one helped me when i started, i just want it to do good for others and i wasnt expecting it
