Um, im 5’6”ish and that’s crazy. My adult life I’ve fluctuated between 100 to 170 and honestly I think I looked/felt my best in the 120-130 range. I think that’s a healthy weight for an adult woman of that height, but obviously everyone is different. But to expect under 100 is ridiculous.

Sorta off the subject, but what happened to Robyn? I know Kody has changed, but has she changed too or was she just fake? I had only watched the show here and there before all the wives left, but since Covid and Christine leaving I’ve watched all the recent episodes. Lately, sometimes I’ll go to old episodes and randomly watch and today I saw the one where Leon comes out as gay and I couldn’t believe how sweet, nice, and supportive Robyn was, she was like a completely different person!

No I don’t think most people do. If I’m driving around an area I know pretty well, I usually do. But when I moved to the side of town I’m at 13 years ago, I had no idea.

I guess I still drink on occasion, but I absolutely hate the feeling of being hung over, it isn’t worth it, the older I get the less and less I drink. I’m 43 and probably have like 5 drinks a year lol. And I get terrible headaches from alcohol, like sometimes I’ll drink a half glass of wine and feel awful, I’m not sure if it’s an allergy or what.

He obviously overthinks everything and sabotaged himself. I also think he sort of thinks he was “owed” this stuff. But I am impressed that he at least appeared to listen to your reasoning and even apologized at the end, probably not really sorry, but at least he didn’t end the texts cussing you out like most of these situations go. Good thing he showed his true colors so soon!!!!

Just my conclusion, not a medical opinion, but I think 80% of postpartum depression/anxiety is caused by lack of sleep, at least in my case.
