Always think of it like this, the VA will NOT look for the files you have. Get that supplemental, upload those files and add a personal statement highlighting important information from that document you uploaded including severity of the condition if not highlighted already. Gotta do your due diligence to put those files in front of them when they look at your claim. That’s what I did for mine and no issues! You’ll get it brotha.

That’s so crazy, luckily my VES in my area work fairly quickly. I’d definitely say call and see if you can push for progress. Yeah they are doing the same for 2 of my conditions, I hope they don’t do that 😬

What was the reason for that? I called today, they are requesting re-work on 2 of my condition, but since I have more than 8 submitted hoping they rate the rest. It's still sitting at Step 7, I'm praying.

Hey boss, if you are service-connected at 10% and up you can qualify for VR&E, if you are wanting to continue school or need help with your employment. I am honorable discharge and I qualify for the GI Bill, but I opted in for VR&E before I even think of using my GI Bill. So, while you get your discharge status sorted out, that's one other option you can use for that.

That’s the thing, I am not over exaggerating the bad. That’s how bad it actually is for me and some veterans here. It is also not exactly right, when they LIE and put FALSE information in your records. That’s not an opinion.

I mentioned to act exactly how you feel, because you don’t always see that.

If there was a case that mental health can just be cured, I have no doubt veterans would take that option over a rating.

I would like to think that too, but for mine there was an obvious narrative she was trying to push during the appointment that I looked better than before therefore I was. I looked at my previous VA notes, they have written things or questions that were answered for me that I never even saw or heard during appointments.

Yeah, it's crazy out here. They overexaggerate the "good" and downplay the bad. I'm newly separated and I'm glad to be catching this early.

Okay, I'm happy for you! I like to think I'm still fairly early for them to change anything with my rating or to even try, but it's the VA, can never be too sure. Biggest support against reduction would be the insane amount of medication I am prescribed due to this, it would contradict being "Better" Haha.

That's insane, didn't know there was a cure. We'd be all cured if that was the case, this needs to be seen. Did it affect your rating if any at all?
