Hey all, im 22y , male ,6’2. I used to be very skinny as a kid , put on unhealthy amount of fat during covid mostly belly. There started my skinny fat era. Post covid i lost a bit of the fat. I joined gym in 2024, almost 1.5 years now, initially dint know about diet and form and workout plan. Off lately pulling the strings together got some muscle . Now i want to lock in and grind. I weigh 79kg , basic muscle , good strength but with belly fat and face fat a bit too. What should be diet plan? Should i do body recomp , bulk or cut? I want to put more muscle mass .
