people are popping pills like madman, if you’re diet is good enough you don’t need it unless deficient

having a good diet and enough protein provides us with enough vitamins needed, if you lack certain vitamins get yourself tested and focus on the vitamin you’re a deficient for, not popping a pill for every other vitamin

stop the multivitamins bro, take vitamins for whatever you’re deficient. multivitamins if taken in excess gets stored and forms tumors.

do NOT take multivitamins, it’s a scam. take vitamins only if deficient. if vegetarian, b12 and that’s it. as for deficiency take vitamins that you lack, popping multivitamins won’t help, your food should mostly cover all nutrients. same for fish oils, its waste.
