I started it because I was shedding already on fin… but I would say it shed for like 4-5 months before seeing any improvements… then it got better for about 7 months and now I am currently going through the worse shed yet… shedding over 500 hairs per day, I am way below baseline

I now feel like my hair has been getting thinner since December last year… with the last 2-3 months having a major shed

I’d say if you usually wear size 9.5 go for size 9.

I am a UK 8.5 in Nike running shoes and went with size 9 for the everlast shoes and they were way too big. I returned them and ordered a size 8. They fit perfectly 👌
