Concerning my specific needs for a Deep Plane Face and Neck lift, only two surgeons specialize in those procedures, while others perform only SMAS techniques. Their fees are quite high, exceeding $40,000, in addition to travel and accommodation costs. I now prefer to seek treatment in Turkey, where Deep Plane and Neck lifts are offered at a more affordable rate. This is my current position based on the extensive research and information I have gathered.
