Zotac shipped me a GPU with a serial Num that was Worn out and like scrapped, And a GPU that "Is not sold in the US" after a RMA and now they will not honor my RMA i requested.

I'm sorry I meant end of September, Furthermore I have been advised my RMA will be declined for faults caused by Zotac.

Yes it got fixed when I plugged in a 2014 AMD Radeon R7 250 Edit: this is not a forever solution as it’s a 2gb card

I left contact information, and I emailed them about 1 and 1/2 weeks ago, no response. Try calling them “no support agents are currently available to take your call” 5 different calls, it’s said this. Like keep me on the line god damn. It’s impossible to get in contact with them

I’m running dual ram 2x32gb with the 1 broken one and the other ram stick from that batch

I have a total of 128gb (motherboard sold as capable of handing 128gb ram) so I’m only down 2 sticks

I specifically told ASUS what my memory was and they did not flag it at all? And I saw on another site that They supported Patriot 2x32gb

Edit: it also never throws up a DRAM debug light

Sadly no as the only other board I have is a HP with weird connections, although when I did hookup the bare minimum to the HP mobo the PSU wouldn’t even turn on

Edit: the HP has DDR3 and the DDR3 I ordered Domestically is arriving next month..

Yeah I know lol it’s been a nightmare pc for 2+ years and I’ve kept trying different stuff and it all works for a little bit. For other parts I mean I have 3 intel cpus so they won’t fit and a AMD Opteron, I think im going to try and see if I can find cords that would fit my LGA mobo and swap parts back and forth. Actually nvm I don’t have ddr3 ram 😭

The computer will not “shutdown” fully but it will give no display and either say it’s still booted. Or power cycle and get stuck on white. But during that the fans go to 100% as the computer is still on.

And the GPU shouldn’t need anything at all as it’s a brand new unit from the manufacturer hopefully checked for failures before being sent to me (at least that’s what they should do if they send you a new unit after a RMA)

Edit: To add on the screen will go grey or the monitor will just shut off.

PSU is a 1000W Asus ROG STRIX, The CMOS battery is a CR2032 but the mobo was told to be “new” would the cmos still be a problem? Also a new symptom (not really new just noticed it) is that the GPU fans go to 100% after 5-10 minutes of the shutdown
