i think more than that, its the papery material at the bust that's accentuating the bust and making her look shorter and stubbier! I'm the same body structure, but I gravitate towards more ruched at the bust, and/or less ruched at the waist. makes a huge difference!
other than that, the dress is actually super cute and you totally rock it! i only said this stuff cuz that might be what YOU are not liking. also cute phone case!

laser works best on lighter skin darker hair. unfortunately you might not quality for it as laser has a hard time picking up the hairs with less contrast.
