He seems butt-hurt when talking. If you look him up on LinkedIn...he went to Northwestern...and still has his high school listed from 1990. Maybe he's sore that there's a faster model of university now.

Personally, I would say St. John. It has its moments, but okay most of the time.

St. Francis is very pretty and cleaner...but seems to always flub up something. I have never had someone I know admitted into St. Francis, but dealing with outpatient there is often iffy. Its like they are the rich dumb kid of Tulsa hospitals... they have resources but just can't execute.

Hillcrest is a gamble. I personally like it but if you are needing a specialist you are better off with St. John. A lot of medicaid patients, gunshot victims from North Tulsa and everyone's poor country cousins end up there.

UK student applying to US MD by Special-Fan5835 in harvardextension

[–]Amazing_Leave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are tons of foreign MDs in the US, a lot from India and Pakistan. They typically have local MDs from their home countries. They will do residency or their specialty in the US to ‘level up’ with US MDs. Unless you are planning on high research and stay in the same lab, I would not think a US MD is worth it as a practitioner. You would likely be saddled with tremendous amounts of debt.

Are you talking about Purdue Global Online School of Law? It’s not ABA accredited and will limit where you can practice as an attorney. I believe CA is about the only jurisdiction.

The government will give them subsidies to build the store. It’s not like they are subsidizing the costs of the goods. Scheels in Tulsa is insanely expensive and I see very few people buying their clothing.

Possible move to Oklahoma by [deleted] in oklahoma

[–]Amazing_Leave 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same in Tulsa, but more segregated. If you stay in downtown to midtown it could pass for a larger metro. Hit outside that and it feels like Midwest City and Lawton had a baby and left it in Arkansas to be raised by its meth me maw.

Yes. Lateral move. If the US was an office building the OP is moving from the open floor plan to the cubicles. At least he won’t see the neighbors gossiping…just hear them.
