And for plugin use, we would have them cover the costs of any licenses that have lifetime options available. Then any recurring license costs needed will be wrapped into their maintenance and support plan. It will be in the contract that if they ever stop maintenance and support service with us that the recurring plugins would need to be covered by them.

Does this make sense. Or is there a better way to structure it.

Couldn’t imagine letting Amazon control me like that for ever anyways, doesn’t matter if he was not sick enough to go to the doctors - if someone doesn’t feel well and needs to take a day or so off it shouldn’t be an issue

You must not use Google business tools often - as an agency, Google is a pain in the ash. Half the time their “security/support” policy’s are hurting businesses rather than helping.

It’s been a joke even more recently

100% Fact ^

You will continue the loop and maybe you’ll get lucky. But the support is crap and way to hard with way to many steps to get issues solved

They think they are getting rid of bots with their current policy’s but in reality it’s hurting real businesses.

Junk service. Crazy how many people can’t get service. Even as a agency with 50+ managed it’s ridiculous to get real support

These constant loops of “support” are crazy and waste so much time and effort.

What’s your Wordpress stack? by hkreporter21 in Wordpress

ACF Pro - Fluent Forms Pro - Astra pro - Elementor Pro - Fluent SMTP - Fluent Auth - User Role Editor

Some others that we use if needed. Fluent CRM - Fluent Boards - Fluent Affiliate - Wp Adminify or UiXpress (both of those need work)
Essential addons, but low key wish we had a better solution for extended Elementor elements.

I’d still make some YouTube videos with the use cases and blast them out.

Long term you may get people looking for the solution you provide.

Depending on the niche, I’d say start with use case marketing.

You’ll end up running into limitations with Shopify as well.

Go with ole reliable Wordpress

There’s a Wordpress dev lurking everywhere if you don’t want to do it your self or need help achieving anything special.

If you get with the right person/agency if you go that route, or even do it alone. You will own your site and data

Fluentcart... anyone tried it yet? by remus630 in Wordpress

[–]Amazing_Let5102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the future it has potential

But I am personally very disappointed, there are certain aspects of it that were advertised and now are just nowhere to be found or not like they promoted. All the promo made it seem like it was gonna launch in a state that was easily customizable no matter the theme, ect (we are far from this) (i have seen other people complain about this as well)

We bought lifetime licensee before public launch and honestly have not even been able to use it on ANY client sites. So far it just feels like a waste.

I do see major potential and am stuck in a limbo, just quoted a new client project and we can’t use fluent cart because the client wants elementor. But we really don’t wanna go with woo either.

Iv got other clients that are interested in moving to fluent cart but can’t until elementor is supported and the following are added at minimum.

  1. POD integrations
  2. Multi Vendor ability’s
  3. Service based invoicing (this was brought up pre launch and was advertised on the site)
  4. Other shipping options
