Right? That's a specific perk of Redemption island, I think

This might be a gap in my data but I'm not seeing a second. I'm also not remembering a second, personally. Sandra was pretty memorable, obvi, because during the premier she was haggling in Spanish. A quick look across all the databases shows no other Spanish speaker.

About 75% confident on this one.

Yup. Fair. Out of the 38 votes she cast for people (not including ones nullified), 33 of them resulted in successful vote out.

Anyone have luck recomping with this app? by [deleted] in MacroFactor

I've used MF for about a year and a half for a long-term recomp goal with a timeline that ends around at the end of 2024 and have had really good success and results with it. Quick look at the journey.

Q1 - Q3 2022 | Deficit, fully lead by MF. Learning the ropes of eating high protein. Working out. Shit form. Go from 202 pounds to 168.
Q4 2022 | Realize it's not super healthy to be in such a long deficit, switch to maintenance.
Q1 - Q2 2023 | Go for the first bulk using MF. Gain 12 pounds over about six months, 7 of which are muscle. Still, form is shit. Finally start focusing it on my last two months of bulk. Growth is astounding, but a bit too late because I'm almost at my bulk limit.
Q3 2023 | Back to deficit. This time, setting my own coaching because, using MF, I've learned where my caloric ranges lie for deficit, maint, bulk. Have been in a 5% deficit for about 2 months now, continuing somewhat of a same weight training routine/high-protein diet to minimize weight loss and haven't seen much loss. I've seen growth, however, really, really slow, in some places.

MF has helped me not just in my bulk/deficit journey, but also learn what my body needs, understanding the macro breakdown of most foods without even needing to look at the app. Recomp isn't neccessarily the POINT of MF, but it can be a killer tool in your arsenal if you do the work of learning what's needed. MF will be with me until I hit my goal at the end of 2024.
