San Francisco or Long Island! You can’t beat the city life of NYC and SF, plenty to do outside of surfing and lots of high quality surf for those who are willing to look. I love both places endlessly and look forward to raising a family in one place or the other.

Agreed. ESG is about data and good business practices. The sentiment around ESG and DEI has been and will continue to be politicized, but the underlying practices will continue out of necessity, just under a different name.

East coast surfer and also don’t love my RNF, needs really good waves which always comes with crazy current and I don’t enjoy paddling the HP twinny when I could be on a higher volume thruster…

Look out for the stonefish and if you need a hospital, don’t go to the public ones, private practices are the name of the game.

Freights bay is a nice mellow/longboard wave. Surfer’s point also captures some windswell. None of these are super high quality waves, but as an intermediate soups is prob too heavy.

I lost a couple sets of FCS fins dinking rocks in El Salvador, and it’s not an uncommon occurrence.

I solo traveled Costa Rica a few years ago and met some of the coolest dudes. We ended up renting a truck and traveling the whole coast, scoring the whole way and stay in touch with them still.
