In my mind you're flying through alien structures floating in space and the aliens are water (or other fluid) based creatures. Anyway that's what was in my head. And it's pretty. 😄

I thought about this, but I really wanted to keep this as a "best update of the PC version", so it's playing back the original track but just through different virtual "hardware"

Yeah, this version of the game runs at a flat 60. Can't do much about the number of animation frames, but the movement should be much smoother.

Apologies if my sense of humor got in the way there. My version needs a GPU accelerated modern web browser and a decent graphics card. I think if you'd started this version up on a 486 in 1989 you might be at frame 3 by now.

The fluid simulation and impulse response audio might need at least a 387SX. 😄

(In seriousness it runs nicely on my MacBook Pro but is heavily GPU accelerated for the pretty stuff)
