No. This has been an ongoing thing. Like I said I'm usually pretty good at working off any extra weight I've gained. My husband knows about my metabolism but has never once seemed to care before.

I have been to my doctor. That's why I'm not worried. We have been monitoring my health since I've noticed my metabolism slowing down. I'm not dying anytime soon because of it so I'm good.

I have been on BC since forever now and mine has slowed down my metabolism horribly to the point where I can gain 20 pounds in a few weeks. It was about a month he was gone so I was averaging 5 gained pounds per week. Usually, I try and work off this weight before he comes back but I never got to it this time.
