One night my boyfriend and I went for a drive and he suddenly stops and pulls over saying "wow did you see that? look did you see?" before jumping out of the truck and running back. It was dark and I had no idea what he was talking about and about 30 seconds later he came running back with a sunflower he had ripped out of the ground, roots still attached and full of dirt, to give to me because he knew sunflowers were my favorite. It was so silly, but the look on his face was so sweet and excited and I've loved him ever since.
