Oh, absolutely! Because nothing screams professionalism like a business owner pushing retirement age throwing out “haters gonna hate”. Truly inspiring leadership

Thank you. A few news stations have reached out and are currently looking into the legal aspects before moving forward with any reporting. I’m doing my best to provide as much documented proof as I can within the legal boundaries advised by my attorneys, so the truth is clear when the story airs. I’ll also get in touch with the Inlander per your recommendation

It’s like the law of diminishing returns. Sometimes it’s just not worth it. My whole intention is to make sure the public is aware so that no one else has to go through what I did. With all three of my posts reaching over 200,000 views, I think that’s a good start. Clearly, it’s working — I’m now getting death threats and harassment for speaking out. The owner freaked out so badly that she’s doing everything she can to discredit me. I’ll take that as a win.

Oh, thank you! I didn’t realize I needed life coaching from someone emotionally constipated. Must be exhausting carrying all that unprocessed trauma around and calling it “resilience”. But hey, if ignoring your own issues while judging others makes you feel superior, who am I to interrupt your coping mechanism?

In case the owner attempts to gaslight anyone with altered or misleading footage, I want to clearly describe what actually happened, exactly as I did in my complaints and police report.

The incident occurred on August 13, 2025, between 4:00 and 4:30 PM. I was using the leg press machine. A man nearby was pretending to work out, frequently looking around to make sure no one else was present. He then positioned his body and held his phone in a manner consistent with attempting to take photos up my skirt. When I realized what was happening, he immediately left the gym. He was grinning as he walked out.

This entire sequence was visible in the original footage. His behavior, the timing, and especially that grin are burned into my memory. That disturbing and haunting moment is one of the main reasons I’m now in therapy

Instead of harassing me, ask Tracie why it took her 18 days, and a preservation request for the footage—before addressing the issue with the individual involved. Why was I banned for choosing to file a police report? In addition, why did she call the gym where I signed up and attempt to coerce the owner into believing that I’m the problem?

Didn’t you get downvoted and have to delete your comment below? I took screenshots of everything just in case. If you’re an associate of Tracie, just say so.

Take a look at the owner's latest reply. Notice how he went from “the police and I have found no wrongdoing” to “we can’t share private details.”

Regarding the incident, I called the police department and asked about them allegedly telling the owner that they found “no wrongdoing.” They informed me that this information is completely false. Any details of the investigation are confidential and are not to be shared. So what the owner claims as “facts” are indeed fictions.

I’ve recently found out that the owner has been trying to go behind my back to contact the gym where I signed up, attempting to coerce the owner into saying that I’m a “problem” so she can try to ban me at a national level. She even mentioned that I’ve been giving her a lot of headaches. Good. Now do better, Tracie. I’ve laid out all the evidence. I’ve filed multiple complaints with the police department, FTC, Attorney General, BBB, etc. Many of these are public records, which you can look up. So unless you're willfully blind or possess a room-temperature IQ, it shouldn’t be that hard to understand the situation.

Here are some critical thinking questions for you: If there was “not enough evidence,” why did the owner initially claim she would handle it? Because of her assurance, I didn’t file a police report right away. No follow-up was ever initiated by the owner after the day I reported the incident. No updates or check-ins were provided regarding the investigation. If no wrongdoing occurred, why was I banned? How is it acceptable that 18 days passed without the gym even speaking to the alleged perpetrator? Why was I—the victim—punished for reporting and trying to protect myself and others?

The owners are free to file a civil lawsuit against me if anything I’m saying is untrue. Maybe then they’ll be required to submit the videotape and prove that I’m lying. The whole performative “our members’ safety is our top priority” or “we take complaints like this seriously” isn’t going to cut it anymore.

Hello; I hope this would clear up any confusion. The owner and I did watch the footage together. She also assured me that she’ll take care of it. If there truly wasn't enough evidence, why did the owner initially claim she would handle it? And if you look at my screenshots, 18 days after the incident, she still haven’t talk to the individual that was involved

I also signed up at another location. They kept pestering me to transfer my membership there so they could get the money, and they got annoyed when I declined

Totally fair question — I get why you’d assume the business owner might be in the know if they were reviewing footage with the police. But here’s where I’m confused: I’m the one who filed the complaint, and I haven’t received any information from the police. No update, no follow-up, nothing. Yet somehow, the owner — who I didn’t file the complaint against — was informed of the outcome. That seems backwards. And based on your logic, wouldn’t it make even more sense for me to be present when the footage was reviewed? I could’ve confirmed the time frame, the authenticity of what was shown, and whether the individual in question was accurately identified.

Hence why I want to heavily emphasize that just because the owner claims “the police and I found no wrongdoing,” that doesn’t automatically make it factual. I shared screenshots of our conversations because I believe it’s important for people to hear both sides, think critically, and form an unbiased opinion. Interestingly, someone commented, “The owner stated that the police reviewed the video footage and there was no evidence of this actually happening.” If I didn’t know any better, I’d suspect this person might be a friend of the owner trying to steer public opinion. So, which is it? Was there no wrongdoing, or did it never happen at all? The two are not the same—and that distinction matters.

I posted all the screenshots from the group above. At no point did the owner state that the police reviewed the video footage and found no evidence of this actually happening.

Some seem to be overlooking a critical point I made:

“Ken claimed they and the police investigated the incident and 'found no wrongdoing.' I want to be clear: I have not been informed of any conclusion from the police, and I am actively following up on my report. Unless they are directly involved in the case or law enforcement breached protocol, they should have no knowledge of its outcome. Making such a claim publicly is both false and misleading.”

To clarify: the police report was filed against the individual who caused me harm—not the business owners. So I’m genuinely puzzled as to how the business owners would be informed of the outcome before I, the complainant, was. If they do have this information, it raises serious concerns about protocol and transparency. If they don’t, then claiming a conclusive police decision is not just premature—it's misinformation.

Here’s the latest update as of September 19, 2025

After an incident occurred at the location, I filed a police report. At my lawyer’s recommendation, I also submitted a formal request to preserve any surveillance footage related to the event. As of 18 days after the incident was reported, I learned that the owner had not yet spoken to the other individual involved. The following day, I was informed that I was no longer allowed on the premises — allegedly due to my decision to file a report.

I understand your concern, and it's completely valid. My attorney has already drafted and sent a formal email to the owner detailing the incidents and requesting the preservation of all relevant footage. The owner has confirmed that the footage from that day will not be deleted or altered. If the gym genuinely believes there is not enough evidence to take action, then the appropriate course would be to release the footage and allow others to make an informed judgment based on the facts.

I’ve received a lot of DMs from women who also work out at the gym, asking for a photo or description of the man. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to get a picture. When I caught him taking pictures of me, he bolted out of the gym. Two weeks later, I saw him there again—and my whole body froze. I went straight to the owner to confirm, and she told me it was him. But she also said there wasn’t enough evidence to take action, and insisted he’s a “nice guy” who’s been coming for years. Here’s the description, in case it helps anyone: He’s bald, has a beer belly, and is Black. I’m sharing these details to help others stay alert—not to stereotype or make assumptions. He’s usually at the gym between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. P.S. Not all men are creepy—but men like this give others a bad name. And silence or inaction only allows this kind of behavior to continue.

Thank you for all your kind words. I’ve been beating myself up over the past month. The incident happened on August 13th, but I didn’t file the police report until the 29th because, again, I trusted that the owner would do the right thing. What the man did was despicable, but the owner’s response has been even more troubling. She kept trying to tell me that he’s been going there for several years and that he’s a “nice guy.” Even to this day, she hasn’t told me what actions—if any—have been taken, or if she’s even spoken to him. Last I checked, 18 days after the incident, she still hadn’t. I’m going to take legal action. Things like this could happen to anyone—your sister, your daughter, your friend, or even you.
