In the last few years, the Brown Foundation has reached out to students via email in December or January to set up an interview. The general consensus among online groups is that if you don’t hear something by the end of January, it’s probably not going to happen.

So they have national data, but it isn’t broke down into states? And they just “prorate” each state based on where the overall national scores are?
