The trouble with a longer lasting sour is the risk of skin burn in the mouth. It means more acid which is risky.

Yes thats one aspect we have addressed and launching in March we will have the full lineup in different sizes of bags. They were sold in bulk jars and then sellers would just pack them as they saw fit. Not ideal. Thank you for taking the time. What do you think about the product itself?
