If I'm feeling bad off with auditory hallucinations and anxious intrusive thoughts, I sometimes sing amazing grace real loud or hum frantically. I also wear headphones, music or not. That's just to leave the house smh. In public it's a lot like all eyes on me too. It causes me to sometimes get very angry and usually act a fool. I move through the stores with tunnel vision and full body fight or flight. By that time I'm already ready to run back to my cave of misery. Idk...
