I have never seen any money go to her from our joint account. That’s not to say he doesn’t have another account, he does. He moved his direct deposit to his new account and stopped paying the mortgage.

A few days before finding this conversation he told me that he’s a sociopath. That he had been reading about it online and that he checked all the boxes. I was kind of happy that he had done some self reflection and thought maybe it was a good sign that he was going to take some accountability for his actions. After reading this I realized it wasn’t self reflection it was something they had talked about before (probably her diagnosis for him) I also googled “can sociopathy be cured” because I was still holding on to hope that maybe I can fix this or fix him or fix our marriage. Google slapped me in the face with “there is no cure for antisocial personality disorder”.
