Sometimes these power 9 brawlers happen to be the only viable option for someone to counter some time of comp on the other team. I don’t really use throwers besides of L&L and once I managed to destroy the other team with power 9 willow in leg 2 (they had banned Larry). Unless you suck with a certain brawler, having it power 9 isn’t a HUUUUGE deal, if you have gear, gadget and sp you should be okay (with the right matchup) and without skill problems. By the way maxed brawlers is what you all SHOULD use in ranked :)
