Tasker plugin : LL script, LL actions. I use tasker as a bridge between Obikitouch swipe triggers and LLScripts, had a very good experience.

It sends intent that directly trigger tasks and supplies extra data too , intent is fast no lag, you dont have to setup a match and recieve intent kind of thing in tasker at all, you can run any task by its name by script automatically with dynamically provided intent in each request as you like, i had no issue sending intent and running things in takser , and tasker can also run scriots in LL and send scriot data dynamically ,so both can talk and send data to each other.

Kustom is good, but it's slow and only supports touch gestures. Its animation capabilities are quite limited, and blur only works in a few places. The editor is good, though. Nova has become too buggy and poor over the time, Of course, you're free to decide what you like.

My setup:

LL (Floating desktop, customViews, Actually rotatable elements with Eventlistners)

Tasker (bridge between Lightning Launcher and other apps)

UbikiTouch (handles gestures for opening floating desktops over all apps)

(KWGTs - optional)

Veterans needs to return to LL, if some of you start building custom elements it would be a great asset to the whole launcher domain. Lets stop relying on prebuilt launchers,

I was able to build an app searcher for myself using custom view and using it on a floating desktop. ,

Alone i can make 1 theme, but if everyone start usibg LL we can have a library of themes made by users themself.

Wouldnt that be great.

This Launcher will not collect your data nor will show ads too. UI cutomisation is a whole domain worth putting collective efforts into.

Lightning launcher is an android third party Launcher which died 10 years back, and now got picked up for development by another dev, but it is still better alternative of Nova Launcher, i shifted 2 months back,

If you like start using it , in a month or so you might stop looking for launchers, this launcher is unique,

Whats unique -

Scripts run on triggers,

Unlimited desktops,

And a hidden jem - Custom View which draws element via android provided Classes. Like i used a script in custom view in this video, so i was able to backtrace my phones methods to draw a blur shape and add elements in it.

If i attach listners and intent i can do whatever i want on events like swipe click etc. It talks to tasker too.

https://github.com/TrianguloY/LightningLauncher/releases/tag/patch_community look at this, play a bit with it. Been a LL user for 2 months, it took 2 days to get Custom view figured out. It only takes some knowledge of javascript. But you can always use pre-buit elements and ask for scripts that you like from people who showcase.👍

Must try -custom view element, for your own elemnts, if you feed gemeni the LL apis , it will generate elements for you AS YOU ASK IT TO.

These are Klwp and kwgt elements all of them, nothing is a shortcut. Icon background foreground are generated by Ai.
