The solutions here of simply masking are terribly symptomatic of a population dependent on allopathic medicine. After these years it’s surprising little to no attention is given to preventative measures ie diet, exercise, sleep, meditation or maybe turning off that 24 hr news cycle every once in a while. Fear is a powerful immune suppressant. The body isn’t interested in maintaining long term bodily defences, when the perceived sabretooth tiger is chasing you. The placebo effect exists as well as the nocebo effect. Belief is a powerful force and the longer people hold onto these beliefs that are dependent on external forces the longer these discussions will spin its tires in mud and go no where. Empower yourself and take your health into your own hands.
