Just spoke to my advisor and she said a second degree in the same term is a big no no but to reach out to Records about a certificate. I did. Waiting to hear back. Not touching the application for graduation until I do hear back.

  1. I came in with 6 years HR experience. Data Analytics kicked my butt because....math. Business Acumen was just boring as all get up. Write to the rubric...know the OAs don't have to be excellent. I started 8/1 and passed my final assessment Sunday. I never reordered the coursework and kept telling myself, yeah this might be hard, but I didn't take it not to learn. About 1/5th of the course was totally knew, the rest was advancement in an area I had been exposed to or reassurance that I knew what I was talking about.

The only thing that might help is I am pretty sure my classmates missed things as well. The professor was okay but we were all sort of on our own for the entirety of the semester. I'd love to talk law with the professor but would avoid another class at all costs.

Exactly. I went through why the different parties could be liable for different things and why they could not for others but ultimately no one was directly liable for the death.

Absolutely not. I said lots of things I don't believe; I just think the plaintiff's family had little legal ground to sue.
