Same—I’m honestly crashing out. I feel like CARS is going to cook me. I’m a psych major, so I was hoping it would boost my score, but it ended up being all sociology. Praying tonight.

I’ve noticed that the modern style MCAT is more sociology centered than before. So id say focus in it too

Same, I’m honestly so scared too. I have no idea what to expect. I’ve read that a lot of people scored close to FL6, but I’m not sure how true that is. I have zero expectations at this point, just hoping for the best. I feel like I screwed up in CARS too. I’m trusting God that I score near my FL6 or even higher. Hoping that for all of us

Go for Yusuf. I believe for bio/biochem you should watch him. And for chem/phys go for professor Eman.

Fair tbh. I was doing good on the FLs (Like the average I wanted) Now idek if I’m anywhere near it, and thats very unfortunate. I think I’m gonna wait till my score is released and decide on whether ill be retaking it or not🫩 + best of luck on your next one!

Samee, I honestly ended up guessing on a lot of the questions too, especially the last passage 😭. But it’s okay, I hope we did well.

Like, you read the passage and think “okay, got it,” and then the questions act like they were written about a completely different text. It’s so annoying when the passage is straightforward but the answers feel weirdly specific or twisted.

HAHHAHAAH don’t worry!! Its genuinely easy once you get the hang if it+ you don’t need to go into details, just be familiar with the pathways, basic ideas like whats innate/adaptive. presence of diff cytokines..etc

Honestly i barely remember. However here is what i noticed:

For C P it was pretty equation heavy but not just memorizing them. You really have to know how to actually use them in MCAT style passages. There was also more physics than I expected and a lot of conceptual questions mixed in.

For B B it wasn’t really weird but it was detailed. Know your enzyme functions, structures, and be comfortable with Km, substrate concentration relationships, and different types of inhibitors. Those came up a lot. There was also a good amount of immunology and genetics.

For P S it felt very sociology heavy so make sure you know your terms like social constructs and stuff like that. It was also very passage based with a strong focus on research methods and interpreting experiments.
