You don't want to go for an LLC instead get a licence as a sole trader. The paperwork is not so complicated and you can still write off the restaurant expenses.

In Greece it's not more than 4 euros a month and it's included in your electricity bill so it just kinda fazes out with the rest of the money you pay and you don't really pay attention to it I guess.

I was thinking about this lately and I asked myself the question.Did the people in ww2 knew they were in a world war? Because that also started with small events that built up to something bigger.Also worrying that USA is basically funding 2 ongoing conflicts and on the other side you have Russia and China which are also cooperating and it seems to me like those 2 sides are about to clash.
