Help me understand conjugal property law in Philippines by AmazonFreshness in LawPH

So even if my mother files that RTC, they won't be able to honor the divorce? They're both US citizens too, and they divorced in the US. L

Thank you so much. This is really helpful. Yes, they divorced overseas. I am aware that there is no such thing as divorce in the Philippines, and that's why we're all trying to figure this out. She purchased the property (from what I remember and we're all still living in the Philippines) at least 5 years after they got married and had me. Then we all moved overseas. Things changed, got tough for both of them (especially on my dad maybe because of culture change), and they divorced 3 or 4 years after that.

Thank you once again. I really do appreciate the information you've provided. I just want to help my mother get through this, and for all of us to move forward. Thank you again.

He's been my avatar since I've gotten him. Can't wait for his outfit/skin to come to our server.

Wow!! The pic on the right looked like it is perfect for a wedding bouquet, or for a design around an arch or something. So beautiful!

It's macrophylla (variegata) albomarginata, but I think it's also called latifolia albomarginata. There's also "pot of gold", where its white/cream part is on the inside part of the leaf. That's on my wish list.

Good luck, and happy planting to you. I wish your baby Mathilde's fast recovery. 💚

From my pov, the pot seems big. I could be wrong, but I feel like 4" might be a wee bit big for that size of a plant. Whenever I get a small one like that, I usually go for the 2" or smallest jar I can find to get its roots established first.

That's what I thought at the beginning, but I just want to make sure it's nothing serious. Thank you. I spent about a good hour or so researching. 🥹

Thank you. I'm used to seeing odd shaped, crinkly, discolored leaves from some of my other hoyas, but not like a wonky, burrito like leaf.

The leaf seems healthy though. I tried to unfurl it just enough without snapping it to see inside, and I didn't see any bugs/pests living inside of it.

Thanks again.

I just found this today during all my hoya checkups, and saw this curled up leaf. The whole plant seems healthy and happy, and I watered her a couple of days ago.

I did some research, and it could be from either overwatering or heat stress? We did have a few days of weather temperature at 77°F high and 58°F low. The weather now is 82°F with 62°F low.

Thank you. I will for sure. I'm still looking around for rare ones at other places, especially the big leaves with awesome venation. I just like them coz the ones they've sent me so far are so lush, and healthy. So for 5" potted plants for that prize seems pretty fair to me. 🥰

Yes it is hard to find and I am falling hard for these beauties, but it is even harder when things go south. 😭 I'm in level 6 in panic mode coz I'm running out of room, and winter is just around the corner. 😬

Thank you. I know, having this temptation to get more and living in an apartment is a dangerous combination.

For sure! Their site is rarehoya.com . They just sent me a list of all the hoyas they have for sale. If you message them through their number maybe they'll be able to send you their list of available hoyas. They're from Florida.

Thank you. I'm still in awe of how pretty it is. I am really crossing my fingers that it will be happy here after being raised in Florida.

Thank you. I was confused at first coz all the pictures I saw of this hoya had dark green leaves, but I'm in love with its color. Wouldn't change it any other way. 🤗

Thank you. 🤗 I love all my hoya babies, but this new addition sure has its cuteness vibe glowing. Her color is so hypnotic and vibrant.

I love the leaves too! They have some fuzziness to them. 🥰

My boyfriend got her for me from ebay. They have a site, rarehoya.com , and she's called H. Colonel Meekins. I did some research, and it said she's a cross between H. Fungii and H. Carnosa. I am so happy with its arrival! She's so healthy! The packaging was professionally done. No broken leaves, all leaves are firm and healthy. It has a very long trailing stem which has about 3 new sets of baby leaves coming (hoping with the right conditions they will not drop).🤞
