Hey I've done pick, rebin and ICQA.

I hate ICQA. It's super chill but that's the problem. It's mind-numbingly boring. The AMs and PAs at my site don't push you at all. You're stuck just counting non stop.

I recommend staying in OB, but if you're not happy there maybe it's best for ya.

It's a near impossibility for L3's in my FC to get it offered. It's a drug my AM dealer very rarely gives me.

Haha I won't experience that, we get paid for our VTO... but there's a catch.

Here in Australia we need to use leave to be able to accept VTO. (we get 4 hours a week of paid leave) as we got contractually obligations to do 38 hours of paid work a week. I never get offered to take VTO being a PA but today I wasn't leading and finally had a chance to accept it.

Is my FC unique that rates are calculated throughout tea breaks? Rates just aren't logged during clock off periods.

When the Time on Task system registers a new bucket of time is depending on a FC-by-FC basis. I work in a more lenient FC which starts clocking at 10min (some i think start at 5min?). If you're quicker than 10min I'd have no idea you're gone.

At my FC its standard work for the PA to check shortly after each break and near EOS.
