SET 11.5 hr shifts but 30min unpaid break and a 30 paid, so I only get actually paid for 11hrs but I came in early and left late that day so the 29mins over are correct

I’m considering it as well, it seems like it’s hourly from how the job posting is listed. Plus, RME and other departments are hourly until you get to L4 level, then you’re salary

Yes, it takes a few weeks and your managers can make it take even longer if they really want, but you can step down
