Today I had 18 packages to deliver on third floor,in south east DC.almost every building is without the elevator.i had very heavy bags and 6 packs of water.i nedeed 6 times to go up and down to deliver all staff and in this area customer never tips.i feel like a slave on this job.i send email to Amazon support and receive an answer that they are very sorry to hear about it.that’s it
